3.15.26 Card of the Week – The Sun

The Sun represents freedom, joy, gratitude, and positivity. Like the feeling we get when we step out into the warmth of a sunny day, the Sun reminds us that when we radiate confidence, joy, and gratitude, it acts as a magnet, surrounding us with more of the same. This is not the week to dwell on disappointments or allow negative self-talk to drive the narrative. Spend some time swimming in the good.

• Start or end each day by naming three things you are grateful for.
• Give yourself permission to reflect on the strengths you possess.
• Pay it forward and share some of that light and joy with someone else, even strangers.
