5.17.26 – Card of the Week – 6 of Cups

Traditionally, the Six of Cups is a card of nostalgia, childlike wonder, innocence, and play. But as someone who loves spending time with my plants, I can’t help but see a secret message here for the gardeners.

To me, this card is about sharing. Sharing extra seedlings with a friend. Dividing your perennials and passing them along. Filling baskets with herbs, flowers, or vegetables from your garden and gifting them to others. It’s a reminder that gardening is rarely just for ourselves.

The Six of Cups also feels like an invitation to share our love of the earth, to inspire others to grow something, nurture something, and care a little more deeply for the world around them.
